Booking and Cancellation Policy

At Eclare Aesthetics, we reserve the right to enforce the following:

Making a booking

  1. Appointments can be scheduled through our online booking system, by phone, or in person at our clinic.

  2. A valid credit/debit card is required to secure all appointments.

  3. Consultation appointments may be required for certain procedures and will be scheduled accordingly.

Cancelling a booking

  1. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. However, we kindly request a minimum of 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling.

  2. Failure to provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellation or rescheduling may result in a cancellation fee.

  3. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time may be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the service cost.

  4. No-shows without prior notice will be charged the full cost of the scheduled service.

  5. Late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment time to accommodate other scheduled clients.

Policy Acknowledgement

  1. By booking an appointment with our clinic, you acknowledge and agree to adhere to our booking and cancellation policy.

  2. Our team reserves the right to amend or update this policy as necessary, with notice provided to clients.
